I grew up in sunny San Diego, and I have a beautiful family. My mom teaches my two sisters and I the way through life. My stepfather has also always been here giving us advice on life and deals with living with four women. Being the middle child has it’s ups and downs, but I’m glad I was put into this position because I not only get to learn, I also get to teach. I believe I’m a strong person because of my past. No day is promised, so I learn to live for tomorrow. Tupac’s quote about life is put into an everyday situation so it’s one of my favorites “There’s gon’ be some stuff you gon’ see that’s gon’ make it hard too smile in the future. But through whatever you see, through all the rain and pain. You gotta keep your sense of humor." I have a passion for writing as well as basketball. Writing is self-expression on a piece of paper and being out there on the court for me it’s like a whole different world. I’m planning on taking my passion for writing to the next level when I’m older; writing stories that make a difference in someone’s life is fascinating to me. Basketball for me is a time to forget about everything else that’s going on around me, where I can just play and give it all I've got. I plan on attending UCLA and work to become a lawyer. I dream big and I will succeed big.
